Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small bakery. Every order means a lot to us, and we work hard to bake and ship cookies that arrive fresh, delicious, and true to what you ordered.

Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we are not able to accept returns or offer general refunds once an order has been baked and shipped. Once food leaves our kitchen, it cannot be restocked or resold. As a small family-run business with very thin margins, a broad refund policy would require us to significantly raise our prices, and we would rather keep our cookies as affordable as possible.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes situations such as:
• Disliking the taste or texture of a flavor
• Discovering ingredients you personally prefer to avoid when those ingredients are properly listed on the product label
• Minor cosmetic imperfections or normal handling during transit

We aim to be transparent about our cookies and their ingredients, and ingredient information is available on our product packaging and on our website.

If There Is a Problem With Your Order

While we do not offer general refunds, we want you to receive what you paid for. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit in situations such as:
• We sent the wrong item or flavor
• Your order arrives significantly damaged
• There is a clear production error on our end

If this happens, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This allows us to review what happened and take care of you fairly.

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack our cookies to arrive fresh within the expected delivery window. However, once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. We are not able to provide refunds for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Packages not retrieved promptly after delivery
