Refunds & Returns

We bake in small batches and ship perishable products. Because of that, our cookies cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our kitchen.

Our General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for taste preferences, ingredient expectations, or normal handling by the carrier.

As a small family-run bakery with very thin margins, we price our cookies as fairly as we can. Offering a broad “no-questions-asked” refund policy would require us to raise prices significantly, which we don’t want to do.

We are genuinely grateful for every order and aim to be as transparent as possible about what we bake and how we ship.

When We May Offer a Replacement or Store Credit

While we cannot offer general refunds or returns, we want you to receive what you paid for. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement order or store credit in the following situations:

  • We sent the wrong item or flavor compared to your order confirmation.
  • Your order arrives with significant damage e.g., box crushed, cookies destroyed.
  • A confirmed production error on our side e.g., missing dozen

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review what happened.

Taste, Ingredients & Expectations

Taste can be very personal, and ingredients can be interpreted differently by different people. We provide ingredient information on our packaging and are working to publish those details clearly on our website as well.

We are not able to offer refunds for:

  • Disliking the taste or texture of a flavor.
  • Discovering ingredients on the label that you prefer to avoid, when those ingredients are properly listed on the package.
  • Minor breakage or cosmetic imperfections that may occur during shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once we hand your order to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control. We pack orders to arrive fresh within the expected shipping window, but occasional delays can happen in transit.

We are not able to offer refunds for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages that were not retrieved promptly after delivery.
