How do drops work now?
A drop is when we launch a new flavor (alongside a few classics) and open up a focused order window, usually about two weeks long.
During each drop, you can order anytime while flavors are in stock—we’re no longer batching everything to ship on one date. We bake and ship in real time so your cookies are as fresh as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing while we mix, scoop, and bake your order.
Once your order ships, it goes out with 2-day shipping for most U.S. addresses. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your box heads out so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
What is the Cookie Crew?
The Cookie Crew is our insider list—people who get early emails, sneak peeks, and priority ordering for every drop.
Because we’re fulfilling orders in real time, Cookie Crew members get first dibs before flavors start to sell out during the 2-week drop window. Joining is free and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Are the cookies homemade?
Absolutely. Every cookie is small-batch, mixed, scooped, and baked by hand in California. We use real butter, real sugar, and real heart—never pre-made dough or mass production.
Our new fulfillment process just means those handmade cookies reach you faster and fresher.
What’s the texture like?
Our cookies are soft in the middle, lightly crisped on the edges, and rich with brown butter flavor. They stay chewy even after shipping, especially if you pop them in the microwave or oven for a few seconds to bring back that warm “fresh-baked” magic.
Can I ever get past flavors again?
Sometimes! Fan favorites make a comeback in future drops or special runs. We’ll call out returning flavors in our emails and on the site.
