When will my order ship?
Orders are baked fresh and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Because everything is made in small batches, we bake throughout the week to keep cookies as fresh as possible when they leave our kitchen.

You’ll receive tracking via email as soon as your box ships.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay soft and fresh for several days at room temperature when sealed.

For best results:
• Enjoy within 3–5 days at room temp
• Refrigerate up to 1 week
• Freeze up to 2 months and warm before eating

Want that just-baked feel again? 10–12 seconds in the microwave brings them right back to life.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we currently ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Orders are carefully packed and sealed to maintain freshness and texture during transit. Most orders ship with fast delivery so your cookies arrive in excellent condition.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available in Merced and Atwater, CA and will appear automatically at checkout if your address qualifies.

If you’re within range, simply choose the local delivery option at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.
Are the cookies really handmade?
Always. Every batch is mixed, scooped, and baked by hand using real butter and premium ingredients.

No factories. No pre-made dough. No shortcuts. Just small-batch cookies made the way they should be.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If anything arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, we want to make it right.
